Shipping
How long after an order is placed will it ship?
-Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Standard shipping takes an additional 5-13 business days.
Why does it take so long?
-our products are made after you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and overspending. Products ordered on the weekends won't be processed until the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I make returns?

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We are currently unable to provide exchanges at this time unless damaged or wrong item (not wrong size).
